A little stroll out into our back yard was just what I needed today. We had a quick break from the cold weather and I was able to go outside without freezing my fingers off!
The bird feeder was a hub of activity, with a woodpecker and dozens of chickadees flitting about so fast I could hardly get a shot. But what fun I had!
I see you …
… hello …
There’s lots of the white stuff, and there is more on the way …
I’m hoping to get myself out of my January funk so I can write 3 posts that are brewing in my head. One is about my word for 2014, one is for the 14 in 2014 list that Kim Klassen suggested we do, and one is to report on how my battle with Lightroom is going … arghhh … .
Anyone else feeling blah?
i love the 3rd from bottom shot. perfect little pip sitting in the curving branch of that tiny tree. :)
What a beautiful scene Barb, we rarely get snow in my part of the world although we have had some in the last 2 years. Good luck with Lightroom I have finally sorted mine out although I use Bridge for all my digi scrapbook suppliies. BTW loved your tutorial on Digital Scrapper on how to make your own masks using paper.
What a wonderland you live in! Great photos of the pecker and the chickadee!
good morning Barb … thanks for the visit to Timeless Treasures and the nice comment.
Glad this led me to your Blog … oh my gosh, I will have to spend some time here and see if I can learn anything about taking photos.
You have captures some beautiful scenes and I will be back to visit more.
Blessings for 2014.
