As I’ve probably said a hundred times, I love using my phone camera and I love Instagram. At the end of the day, I look through my album, pick a few photos to play around with, upload them, then spend some time looking at all the images posted by the people I follow. I love all the mini pieces of art, some are fun, some are ordinary, and some are absolutely stunning.
If I hadn’t been participating in the #red prompt with Focusing on Life, I believe I may have walked by this VW without even seeing it! Well, I might have noticed it, but not appreciated it as much as it deserved, know what I mean? That’s what a camera will do, it focuses attention. I never leave the house without it.
Hope you have a wonderful Monday, I’m off to see what I can see!
Great shots! I love the first one the most!
I agree with you about Instagram and phone potography. It’s just plain fun! You have some great shots here too. Love that agave on the top and that adorable VW with the red wheels! Can’t wait to see what you find today!
Beautiful phoneography work! I’m still not smitten with my iPhone, even after upgrading to the 5S. Mostly I think it’s because I just don’t use it enough. I’m lukewarm with IG. I love to see other photos but at the end of the day, I realize I’ve not snapped one photo with my phone. And, yes … isn’t RED going to be a wonderful theme?
Love your shots and what fun all of you must be having in the desert. What beauty you can find there! AND YOU CERTAINLY HAVE!
really enjoyed the plants and cacti – then the last one made me break into a grin. :)
I love the cactus shots very dreamy
I’m enjoying your desert shots! Love the details you’ve capture on the plants and those red wheels are such a great find!
I agree with you, especially after I upgraded to the 5S I was happy with my 4 but really got excited with the 5S. Love Hipstamatic as I see you do also so fun when you don’t have to do any editing. Love the agava, that angle is just perfect and sharpness is ahhhhh. Have a great time today, I know you will be in butterfly heaven. See you tomorrow.
These are wonderful, Barb, and I just adore that little VW!! :-)
I’m very fond of your second photo – so sweet and soft with those faded pinks. And the last capture of the old v-dub! (that’s one of the names they’re given in Australia). Hope you have a nice weekend, Renee.
