Red Pears Still Life, Start to Finish

I kind of fell off the radar for a few days due to our Thanksgiving holiday, and a couple other commitments that needed to be taken care of. Now I’ve developed a nasty cold. Boo.

I think I’m going to poach a couple of my subjects from my shoot today and call it dinner, and then bed time …

kk_oldendays on all but the first image, where I used kk_lettherebelight and adjusted the red hues to my liking. Kim has the best presets … they work magic.

Thanks so much for dropping by today!

So sorry you aren’t feeling well, you will get it over and have a good winter now. Over and done with. Love that second one because of the lines of the wood background. I haven’t done this assignment not sure I will unless some great inspiration hits me in the next few days, just not feeling it at the moment. Glad you nailed the assignment. Feel better.

Oh these are so fantastic Barb…what a beautiful Autumn series. Poaching them sounds like a real treat for your cold. The red skin always attracts me…kind of a pinkish red..so pretty. You always inspire!!!
