I took this photo a few years ago and right around that time I ran across a tutorial on how to achieve the Orton Effect, so of course everything I did had the Orton Effect! but this was my favourite.

    Oh beautiful, love it. It does give a soft, magical feel to photos. Haven’t done this, but really like the look. Something else to investigate!

    This is gorgeous..wish I lived so close to such a beautiful place. I have heard this word before but am unsure what it really is?! Will look it up…seem to give the background a somewhat impressionist feel.
