5 reasons to take a hike

October 4, 2012 by Barb 18 Comments

1. It clears the head and makes room for some good stuff to get in.

2. It can cause creativity.

3. It reduces stress.

4. It’s great exercise and will help you sleep at night.

5. You will see amazing things.

In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks.

Dzisiaj też po lesie spacerowałam, ale dzięcioła nie było. Świetne są Twoje zdjęcia. Pozdrawiam.
Today also walked through the woods, but there was a woodpecker. Your pictures are great. Yours.

I love going on nature walks too Barb! We live 5 minutes from the Trans Canada trail and see something new every time we walk or bike it! I am featuring your adorable DIY Maple Leaf wreath today on my blog – thanks for linking up to the Traditions Thanksgiving Linky Party :)http://www.settingforfour.com/2012/10/features-from-week-1-thanksgiving.html
