It may sound corny but every time I walk into a grocery store I am amazed at all the food we have at our fingertips. Piles and piles of it – and sometimes the stores are nearly empty (of people). Does it all eventually get eaten up? I hope so. And I hope I never see the day where food is not as readily available. I am truly thankful.

Lovely photos, Barb – the colors and the freshness! You’re making a point – we’re need to appreciate the lovely veggies we have, instead of taking them for granted.

Veggies are gifts from the heavens and should be celebrated. They keep us alive and lively. Great captures here – I especially love that first carrot one.
