Instagram for reals

July 12, 2012 by Barb 15 Comments

I now have an iPodtouch to fuel my internet addiction. I just couldn’t justify buying an iPhone and when my daughter and son-in-law said all I really needed was an iPod – well, I gave hubby the marching orders and within days I had one in my hot little hands!

I’ve been fumbling around on it ever since – oh the frustration! I feel like a dimwit it takes so long for me to ‘get something’!

Obviously, I’m getting somewhere or I wouldn’t have this stunning sunset photo that I took while cruising around the lake last night.

I won’t say I’ve got it figured out completely, but I’m well on my way. Now I don’t have to fake it :)

Oh, and thank you to Kim Klassen and Xanthe Berkeley for their inspiring lessons!

Hang in there, you learn and retain more through the frustration and fiddling. I have been there with every new gadget that I purchase. When stuck I just ask my grandchildren how to do it! Darn kids are so smart and they seem to get it right away!
    Love the photo! Good luck!

Beautiful sunset. I wouldn’t know what to do with an i-pod touch either, so you aren’t alone.

You can take photos with an iPod? Geez…I didn’t know that. I have a Droid phone, but I’m not really happy with the photos. I am planning on an iPhone next year. ;-) So you’re on Instagram? I’m EAS42.

    Hopping over from deb duty!

Instagram is the most addicting app you can get. And it’s so fun!!! Make sure you also get Instafram – you get all these cool frames to use in instagram.

When I can’t figure out some technology on my phone or computer, my one daughter always says, Mom, it’s intuitive….click here… or words to that effect. Yeah, right. I’m with you on the learning process, arg!
