This week I’m like a kid in a candy shop. I”m finding flowers everywhere I look.
To say my garden is exploding would be an understatement. I hardly know what to do with it all! Oh would that I could save some for January, February, and March! But alas I cannot, so photos will have to do.
I could post a flower-a-day for 365 days I’m sure … .
So here are five random things that made me happy this past week:
- Spending time with family on the holiday long weekend.
- Lots and lots of delicious food.
- Weather ranging from not bad to amazing, and that the big storm with giant hail did not materialize.
- Flowers, flowers, and more flowers.
- Taking photos (especially with my iPhone) and editing on my iPad.
So what did you find this past week? What made you happy?
Your photos made me smile, so beautiful and cheerful! :)
The flower arrangement is breathtaking. I could take photos of flowers everyday, too. They just make one’s day brighter!
so beautiful Barb… this time of year is the BEST…. so much beauty and life….. and I’m with you on the flower a day……
your bouquet is stunning…. really beautiful.
happy weekend… xo
Those peonies such pretty pastel shade. Glad you are having such great weather, it’s a pity we can’t bottle it….
Your winters are long but it seems your spring flowers are more beautiful!! I love that top bouquet Barb! Like Viv says, wish we could bottle it for later. We are having a gorgeous weather day today before more heat,…makes me very happy!
awesome! take a bunch and stretch ’em all year!
Absolutely gorgeous !
Flowers make me very happy … and your bouquet is so pretty, Barb !
Love it !
Have a nice weekend,
Sylvia
I love your flowers, both here and on Instagram … Enjoy your garden and the blossoming nature!
The green colors in the nature makes me happy – also the weekend and just being together with the family – and a thought of baking something sweet :)
Happy weekend to you, Barb!
The detail on your peonies is stunning! The arrangement incredible. The color…BRILLIANT!
Oh, so amazing! The peonies are long gone here so I’m going to enjoy yours! I know what you mean about wishing you could save some for January. I always wish our cactus flowers would bloom longer but I think that’s what makes them so special. Their time is fleeting and we have to soak it all in while they’re here. Your bouquets are beautiful! Would love to have one here on my table to enjoy. Glad you’re being treated to them after the long, cold winter you had!
This is such a beautiful little bouquet, Barb.
I love the colors.
Hope you had a wonderful 4th of July.
At least you will have the photos of what you take right now to enjoy during those long winter months.
Such beautiful flowers! This sample tells me your gardens are gorgeous! Enjoy while you can!
